Chad Heiman focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. He advises public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex and strategic transactions. Chad advises clients in a variety of industries, including consumer products, technology, food, and chemicals.

Prior to attending law school, Chad worked in economic development at the state and local levels, where he assisted executive-level decision makers on strategic investment opportunities in the state of Iowa.
