Brandon Haase's practice focuses on assisting clients navigating complex commercial litigation. He has experience in drafting motions, witness statements, and various other trial motions; preparing depositions; drafting oral pleadings; and coordinating trial exhibits and witnesses. He has represented clients in federal and state courts, as well as before international arbitration panels, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

In addition to his litigation practice, Brandon has represented clients facing government compliance and enforcement challenges.

Brandon maintains an active pro bono practice. He has assisted individuals and represented clients at multiple stages of the immigration asylum process, both in conjunction with Jones Day's Border Project and before the immigration courts. Brandon also volunteers regularly with the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless and the Landlord Tenant Resource Center, where he provides legal services to under-represented communities in the D.C. area.
