Ben Holloway's practice is focused on high-value and complex commercial, construction, and project disputes, predominantly in the mining and oil and gas sectors. His recent experience includes acting in several large domestic and international construction arbitrations in the Asia-Pacific region.
Ben's experience also includes assisting clients in all facets of statutory adjudication of payment disputes including the preparation of payment claims and adjudication applications, preparing adjudication responses, and acting in judicial review/enforcement proceedings.
Other recent experience includes assisting clients in injunction proceedings for the enforcement and restraint of calls on performance security and advising clients with dispute avoidance and other forms of dispute resolution proceedings including mediations and expert determinations.
