Andrew Husick represents a wide variety of clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. He has worked with companies in the commercial and financial sector and in the software and computing industry and with professional sports teams. In addition, he has advised and represented clients on matters involving the enforcement of contractual forum selection clauses.
Andrew has also served as lead counsel in a number of cases brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and has handled cases involving residential mortgage-backed securities. He has experience with e-discovery, motions practice, deposition preparation, and settlement negotiation.
