Steven Gazdag focuses his practice on commercial financing. His practice includes representing public and private companies and financial institutions in connection with unsecured and secured credit facilities. He has experience in various types of financing transactions, including syndicated facilities, cross-border and multicurrency facilities, and acquisition-related facilities.

Steven maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on the Firm's Constitutional Policing and Civil Justice Reform Initiative. Prior to attending law school, Steven worked as a risk assurance associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Washington, D.C.
