Stephanie Guthrie works with employers on sensitive employee compliance issues and litigation matters. Her experience includes issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, as well as other federal and state employment-related laws. She regularly counsels employers on compliance issues involving those and other laws in ways that align with business strategy. Through her litigation experience, Stephanie has developed experience in legal research, electronic discovery, motion practice, and briefing.
Stephanie is active in the Firm's pro bono activities, including participation in periodic legal clinics, and is a member of The University of Toledo Alumni Association Board of Trustees.
