Rachel Gurley represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She has experience with fact development, various aspects of the discovery process, and pretrial motions practice.
Rachel maintains an active pro bono practice, counseling and representing individuals through the Firm's Border Project and the Right to Counsel initiative. She also assists with the Firm's anti-human trafficking task force.
