Juliette Ginsberg advises a wide range of clients on EU and UK competition law matters involving merger control, conduct issues, and competition compliance.
Juliette has advised clients on European and UK merger control cases in a variety of sectors, including health care, food and beverages, financial technology, retail, construction materials, and energy infrastructure. She has also advised on antitrust compliance and conduct concerns.
Juliette is a member of the Competition Law Section of the Law Society of England and Wales and the UK Competition Law Association.
