Holly Gretton's practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment. She regularly advises on termination of employment, industrial instrument interpretation (including modern awards and enterprise agreements), restructuring and redundancy, workplace compliance, and drafting employment contracts and policies. Holly has assisted on matters in the Fair Work Commission and the Federal Court of Australia.
In addition, Holly has experience in the area of work, health, and safety and has a particular interest in equal opportunity and antidiscrimination law.
