Avelino Garcia represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Avelino has experience in a variety of matters, including contract disputes, COVID-19-related commercial landlord-tenant disputes, class actions under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy.
Avelino is actively engaged in a variety of pro bono matters, including asylum proceedings, anti-militia counseling for state and local governments, and vacating convictions for human trafficking survivors.
