François Galea's practice focuses on corporate transactions, including venture capital, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and stock exchange transactions. François advises private and listed companies, as well as financial and industrial investors.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, François practiced at several French law firms and also worked as an in-house counsel.
