In addition to fund formation, David has broad experience advising clients on fund secondary transactions, including portfolio transactions and liquidity solutions. He also advises on structuring and implementing carried interest, co-investing, and other bespoke executive incentive schemes and on all wider elements relating to operating a private funds business.
