Bo Gilbertson represents clients in the resolution of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. His experience includes consumer class actions, wide scale arbitration proceedings, and contract disputes. Bo has experience at the pleading, discovery, and dispositive motion phases of litigation.
Bo maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in asylum proceedings, U visa petitions, and veterans' affairs.
