Belinda Gao's practice focuses on banking and finance transactions and general corporate law, including the representation of borrowers and lenders in a variety of industries. Her experience includes syndicated facilities, commodities finance, and secured and unsecured loan transactions, among others.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Belinda was a corporate associate in the New York office of a national law firm. Her previous experience also includes working with global funds, private equity sponsors, and wealth management platforms across a range of practice areas, including finance, investment management, and M&A.
