Avelino Garcia represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters including environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG)-related disputes; the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA); the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA); contractual disputes; and bankruptcy. Avelino has experience at the pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions phases of litigation.
Avelino also maintains an active pro bono practice with a particular focus on attaining asylum or other legal status for migrants.
