Scott Fishwick represents clients throughout the country in high-stakes business litigation, including class actions, securities claims, shareholder derivative litigation, government enforcement proceedings, and complex commercial disputes. He has represented major public companies and their officers and directors as well as prominent individuals and closely held businesses in a diverse range of industries such as technology, consumer products, financial services, and entertainment. Scott has experience counseling clients from inception through trial and appeal, and he has drafted many successful dispositive motions.
Before joining Jones Day in 2021, Scott worked at international law firms in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles. He also served as a law clerk to Judge Victoria A. Roberts of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
