Ryan Frye's practice focuses on international construction arbitration. He acts in international arbitrations and in emergency arbitration, dispute board, and expertise proceedings in relation to complex construction disputes arising under bespoke and FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) contracts.
Ryan has represented and advised major international contractors and sovereign nations in disputes under major arbitral institutional rules, such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Dubai International Financial Centre-London Court of International Arbitration (DIFC-LCIA) rules, and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
Prior to joining Jones Day, Ryan practiced international construction arbitration as an associate at an international law firm in Paris.
