Ricky Fox represents clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice. He has experience in all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Ricky's experience spans a range of practice areas, including the Controlled Substances Act, False Claims Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Ricky also maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in immigration proceedings.
