Ricky Fox represents clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice. He has experience in all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Ricky's experience spans a range of practice areas, including the federal Controlled Substances Act (CSA), federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and California Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act (CCRAA). Ricky has successfully resolved more than 60 individual FCRA and CCRAA consumer lawsuits as lead counsel.
Ricky also maintains an active immigration pro bono practice as part of Jones Day's Border Project, including interviewing detainees in Laredo, Texas, representing clients through asylum proceedings, and obtaining work authorization and permanent resident status for clients.
