Ricky Fox represents clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice. He has experience in all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Ricky's experience spans a range of practice areas, including the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and has successfully resolved more than a dozen individual FCRA consumer lawsuits.
Ricky also maintains an active immigration pro bono practice as part of Jones Day's Laredo Project, including interviewing detainees in Laredo, Texas, representing clients through asylum proceedings, and obtaining work authorization and permanent resident status for several clients.
