Matt Finan represents strategic and financial investors in M&A transactions and other corporate matters. He represents clients from a diverse range of industries in domestic and cross-border deals and also advises on day-to-day legal matters, corporate governance issues, and other transactional concerns.

Matt provides clients a unique perspective by synthesizing legal analysis with his business background. Prior to attending law school he worked at a global public accounting firm where he performed audit and consulting services for clients that included multiple Fortune 500 companies. Matt is a California Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) charterholder.
