George's practice covers a range of sectors, including infrastructure, technology, retail, health care, manufacturing, and financial services. Notable representations include advising: a sponsor on the restructuring of a significant international airport operator, an ad hoc group of senior secured lenders in the restructuring of the global logistics syncreon group, and AG Retail Cards Limited with respect to an administration sale.
