Lindsay Fisher represents clients in high-stakes government, congressional, and internal investigations and litigation. She has experience drafting trial and appellate motions and briefs and agency complaints, conducting factual investigations, and counseling clients navigating complex federal and state regulatory issues. Her practice covers multiple issue areas, including campaign finance and political and election laws, lobbying and grassroots advocacy requirements, securities laws, and economic sanctions.
Prior to law school, Lindsay worked in public policy, including serving as vice president for state and local government relations at Citi.
Lindsay maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting families and children in custody and divorce appeals and veterans with obtaining service-related benefits.
