Bénédicte Fanard advises and represents national and international companies on all aspects of corporate law. Bénédicte's practice focuses on M&A, venture capital transactions, private equity, corporate restructurings, and reorganizations, and she has experience preparing and negotiating all forms of corporate-related agreements and documents.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2020, Bénédicte served eight years as in-house legal counsel and head of the corporate department at a major Belgian investment company located in Brussels.
