Alexandra Fabbro assists French companies and international groups on managing issues related to individual and collective working relations under French employment law.
Alexandra regularly advises companies on hiring employees in France, work hours, compensation, secondment and expatriation, and conducting dismissal proceedings on personal or economic grounds. She also represents French and international companies in individual and collective litigation before French civil and administrative courts and assists clients in the amicable resolution of disputes through the negotiation of settlement agreements.
Alexandra also has experience in auditing the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2020, Alexandra practiced at several international law firms and in the employment law department at HSBC France.
