Monique Eloi focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and government enforcement actions, particularly those related to investigations initiated by state attorneys general. She has assisted clients with a range of issues from class action lawsuits to internal compliance investigations. Monique also has substantive experience at the various stages of investigation and litigation, including responding to subpoenas, managing complex expert testimony, and drafting dispositive motions. Her practice has covered a wide range of sectors, including technology, financial services, and governmental entities.
Monique also maintains an active pro bono practice. She represents survivors of human trafficking seeking expungement of criminal records from their time as trafficking victims. She is a member of the South Florida Human Trafficking Task Force, the Miami-Dade Human Trafficking Coalition, the Broward County Human Trafficking Coalition, and the Palm Beach Human Trafficking Task Force.
