Marta Escartín advises national and international clients on a wide range of complex real estate transactions, development, and urban planning matters. Her experience includes acquisitions and disposals, refinancings, property development, negotiation of lease agreements and construction contracts, issues related to the horizontal property of different real estate assets, and the realization of due diligence processes.

Marta has acted for clients in various sectors of the real estate industry, including hospitality, residential, commercial, retail, logistics, and industrial real estate properties. Most recently she has been advising on the real estate implications of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
