Evelyne Esterzon focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border litigation for major national and international corporations. She has broad-based experience advising clients in complex contentious matters, particularly in the fields of tax and intellectual property. Evelyne's work spans the full range of dispute resolution, including pretrial negotiations and litigation before Belgian and European judicial and administrative bodies. She also has experience in negotiating and drafting contracts for clients across a variety of industries, including IT, media, and entertainment.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Evelyne practiced in Brussels at Belgian law firms.
Evelyne is author of peer-reviewed publications involving the intersection between tax, corporate, and IP law, with a focus on innovation and the fashion and textile industry.
