Vince Doctor is a business and tort litigator with experience in white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and actions involving the DOJ and SEC.
Vince recently assisted in the defense of a CEO in a bank fraud trial where he conducted internal investigations in India, China, and Russia regarding FCPA matters and internal company policies; helped clients respond to investigations initiated by the DOJ and SEC; and researched and drafted motions in various civil and criminal litigation matters.
Vince is committed to pro bono service and represents veterans before the Board of Veterans' Appeals.
Before attending law school he served on active duty for six years in the United States Army as a combat engineer and logistics officer.
