Stephanie Dilworth represents clients in a wide range of commercial litigation contexts and government investigations. Between her federal government service and her time at Jones Day, Stephanie has worked on matters involving antitrust litigation, U.S. securities and financial institutions, business torts, commercial law disputes, and insurance recovery claims. Stephanie has experience in various aspects of litigation. She has conducted factual investigations and discovery, including taking depositions and preparing witnesses. She has also drafted and argued successful dipositive motions, worked on multiple winning trial teams, and has negotiated numerous settlements.

Prior to attending law school, Stephanie worked as a paralegal specialist at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, where she was a member of multiple trial teams, including the team that was awarded the Antitrust Division Award of Distinction for their trial victory in United States v. Aetna Inc.

Throughout law school, Stephanie continued her involvement with federal government work. She worked as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Northern District of California and also served as an extern through the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Student Honors Legal Program. During her time at the SEC's Enforcement Division, Stephanie assisted in the investigation and prosecution of securities fraud and insider trading cases.

Stephanie maintains an active and diverse pro bono practice. She represents pro bono clients in immigration proceedings, domestic violence restraining order hearings, and prisoners' rights cases. During her first year at Jones Day, Stephanie won a contested domestic violence restraining order at trial.
