Robert Denney focuses his practice on environmental issues in the context of corporate transactions, compliance counseling, and litigation.
Robert has experience conducting environmental due diligence for corporate transactions in a variety of industries. He also regularly provides assistance to clients on compliance with environmental statutes, including the Clean Air Act (CAA); Clean Water Act (CWA); Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA); Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA); and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
Robert is author of "Contractor Liability Under CERCLA," 40 Construction Law 31 (Summer 2020).
