Rémi Ducloyer practices in the area of public and administrative law with a focus on public law contracts, as well as public property and regulatory law. He advises Firm clients on public procurement issues and project financing (concession contracts, public-private partnerships).

He also assists national and international clients, including companies, banks, public entities, and associations, with contractual and regulatory issues related to energy (production and distribution concessions, regulated tariffs), electronic communications (networks property and expansion issues), public infrastructure (universities, sports centers, waste treatment plants), and transportation (highway concessions, procurement contracts).

In addition, Rémi represents Firm clients before administrative and civil French courts in emergency, contractual, and extra-contractual proceedings.
