Peter Dansie advises companies on capital market transactions and corporate matters. His corporate finance practice includes debt offerings encompassing public and Rule 144A debt offerings, M&A finance transactions, tender offers, public equity offerings, and private equity placements. He also regularly advises companies on matters relating to corporate governance, stock exchange rules and regulations, securities laws, and periodic reporting responsibilities.

Some of the companies Peter recently has worked with include Georgia-Pacific, FirstEnergy, Parker Hannifin, Kaiser Aluminum, and Synopsys. Peter works across many industries, including pharmaceuticals, aviation, natural resources, health care and life sciences, medical devices, and SaaS (software as a service).

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2017, Peter worked as a corporate associate in Newport Beach, California.
