Natasha Gold handles intellectual property disputes in the High Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia, and Australian Patent Office. In particular she acts in high-profile, multijurisdictional, and complex patent infringement and revocation litigation. Her patent experience includes matters relating to small molecules, antibodies, CRISPR gene editing technology, devices, and veterinary products.
Natasha advises clients across a variety of industries, particularly on patents, pharmaceutical and health care regulation, copyright, trademarks, confidential information and trade secrets, and privacy and consumer protection.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Natasha was the Associate to Justice David Yates at the Federal Court of Australia, where she gained extensive experience in intellectual property, corporate, and appellate matters.
