Mabel Ding's practice is focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including private and public mergers, acquisitions, foreign direct investments, joint ventures, restructurings and other strategic transactions, as well as in other commercial transactions, compliance issues, and general corporate matters. She has advised clients in a variety of industries, including technology, media and telecommunications, e-commerce, new retail, health care, education, and insurance.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Mabel practiced in the Beijing office of an international law firm where she advised clients on venture capital, private equity, and M&A deals.
