Emily Douglas represents multiple major financial institutions with respect to the origination and management of real estate secured loans and unsecured credit facilities. Emily has documented and negotiated complex lending transactions secured by an array of assets across the United States, including undeveloped land, hotels, office buildings, mixed-use projects, shopping centers, condominiums, and large-scale residential developments.

Emily has extensive experience in the areas of construction lending, hospitality finance, syndications and participations, and multiproperty financings. Additionally, she has represented commercial lenders in connection with mezzanine lending, ground leasehold financing, REIT finance, loan sales, note finance, and credit enhancement of tax-exempt bonds for the financing of affordable multifamily housing.
