Elza Dauletshina focuses on international and Russian domestic litigation and arbitration of commercial and investment disputes as well as cross-border investigations. She also represents international companies in Russian courts and the Chamber of Patent Disputes in connection with IP disputes.
Her recent experience includes representing a major international IT company in commercial disputes in Russian courts, a leading global consumer goods manufacturer in several trademark litigation matters, assisting a major international technology company in an internal investigation, and advising a European cosmetics manufacturer on product labeling and advertising issues in Russia.
As a member of her university's Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot team, she received honorable mention and the ranking of 7 out of 223 presenters in Hong Kong. She is a moot court arbitrator and coach for the Higher School of Economics team.
