Josh Dutton represents employers in labor and employment law matters before state and federal courts. He has experience in various stages of litigation, including factual investigation and drafting motions. In addition to his litigation practice, Josh advises employers regarding review of company policies.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Josh acquired substantial legal research and writing experience during a federal externship with Judge Cynthia Bashant in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

Josh shares Jones Day's commitment to pro bono representation and has worked on multiple teams assisting Central and South American refugees in their applications for asylum.
