Charlotte D'herckers advises national and international companies on employment law issues at the collective and individual levels, including corporate restructurings, drafting collective bargaining agreements, and litigation.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2020, Charlotte practiced in the banking and corporate finance area at a Belgian law firm for several years. During this time she advised regulated entities on complex regulatory matters before European and national agencies. In addition, she has significant litigation and dispute resolution experience before Belgian courts.
Charlotte is also a teaching assistant in private international law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
