Aimee Donjerkovich's practice focuses on labor, employment, and workplace health and safety matters. She regularly advises clients on redundancies, termination of employment, misconduct, performance management, sexual harassment, privacy obligations, freedom of information requests, statutory entitlements, workplace investigations, discrimination, workplace bullying, and workplace health and safety.
Aimee frequently drafts and reviews employment agreements and workplace polices for clients and advises them on their obligations under federal and state Australian workplace relations legislation. Aimee also assists clients with general protection applications and unfair dismissal applications in the Fair Work Commission, and she has been involved in employment law disputes that have progressed to the Federal Court of Australia, the District Court of Australia, and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
