Shirley Chan represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including shareholder derivative lawsuits, cross-border litigation, putative class actions, and bankruptcy-related litigation. She has significant experience researching and writing briefs for motions and appeals in federal and New York State courts. Shirley's practice spans across a broad range of areas, including structured financial products, consumer, and mass torts.
Shirley maintains an active pro bono practice and currently represents clients in domestic abuse, asylum, and immigration proceedings.
