Sarah Candelibes practices intellectual property law and information technology, with a particular focus on transactional matters. Sarah has in-depth experience in drafting and negotiating contracts in the tech and life sciences sectors, such as manufacturing, licensing, distribution, and research and development contracts. She also advises clients on the intellectual property aspects of M&A and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2021, Sarah was an associate at a U.S. law firm for four years.
