Megan Charlton advises domestic and international corporate clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate transactions and capital raisings. Her practice focuses on corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions (public and private), and real estate across a range of sectors, including agribusiness, energy, and resources.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Megan worked in the property and commercial practice at Brisbane-based law firm, where she gained experience in property-related issues involving conveyances, leasing, due diligence, acquisitions, and disposals. She also interned with the Commonwealth Games in-house legal team and gained experience in supply and overlay, employment, construction, and compliance legal matters.
