Léonore Carron-Desrosiers practices complex international litigation with a particular focus on civil fraud, asset tracing, injunctive relief, and public corruption allegations.
Léonore's recent experience includes advising Alta Trading UK Limited, a regulated crude oil trading company, in connection with its US$300m claim against former directors and associated companies for various dishonesty-based claims in the High Court.
In addition, Léonore's experience includes acting for: a major corporation in a high-profile and high-value dispute regarding the allegedly corrupt sale of a lucrative oil exploration block in Nigeria triggering civil and criminal investigations and proceedings across six jurisdictions; a regulated oil trading company in ongoing fraud proceedings in Switzerland against members of its former management team; an international investment firm on potential civil fraud claims; and a global bank in connection with seeking injunctive relief in the United Kingdom.
