Laura Carpentier practices corporate law in the area of M&A. Her experience includes acting for public and private companies and investments funds on a range of transactions involving acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings in domestic and in cross-border contexts.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Laura completed internships within the M&A and private equity departments of various law firms, French banks, and companies operating worldwide.
