For more than 20 years, Karen Corrigan has practiced in the areas of corporate and securities law, concentrating in equity compensation arrangements. She has worked on a wide variety of U.S. and international compensation plans for executives and broad-based groups of employees. She counsels clients on insider trading compliance and reporting under Section 16 and related federal securities laws and regulations. She also works on global subsidiary corporate compliance matters.
She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. She also serves as a director and as vice president and treasurer of the Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.
