Juliana Clay has served as lead defense counsel in multiple cases arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, and she has experience in internal investigations, congressional investigations, anti-money laundering, financial fraud, the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other white collar criminal defense. She has represented a variety of clients, including financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and industrial manufacturers.
Prior to attending law school, Juliana was a Teach For America (TFA) corps member, teaching U.S. history and government to 11th and 12th graders in Washington, D.C. for two years before working for TFA's national staff. Juliana remains committed to public education and maintains an active pro bono practice in the education sector.
