Joyce Chng is dedicated to achieving comprehensive and commercial solutions for clients in local and multijurisdictional private M&A transactions and corporate governance matters.

Joyce has acted for a number of private equity firms in various industries and in multiple jurisdictions. She also has experience advising clients on general corporate matters and assisting clients with implementing restructures and share exchanges.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2020, Joyce was a member of the legal team at a Big Four accounting firm.
