Joe Czerwien represents clients on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. He has experience in numerous aspects of litigation, including pretrial motions and discovery. His practice has involved matters concerning breach of contract, torts, and antitrust claims. Joe also has experience with adversary proceedings in bankruptcy cases.
Joe's recent representations include a financial institution in litigation brought by investors, as well as corporations seeking to enforce patent rights and protect trade secrets. He has played an active role in cases pending in a number of jurisdictions, including Ohio, Kentucky, New York, and Missouri. Joe also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing federal prisoners applying for clemency.
Joe is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
