Joe Czerwien represents financial institutions in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. His practice has involved a breadth of matters, including representation of trustees in cases relating to residential mortgage-backed securities and collateralized debt obligations.
Joe's recent representations include a financial institution in litigation brought by investors, as well as corporations seeking to enforce patent rights and protect trade secrets. He has played an active role in cases pending in a number of jurisdictions. Joe also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing federal prisoners applying for clemency.
Joe is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
