Jennifer Chung represents public and private companies in a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, carve-out divestitures, and dispositions. She also advises clients on the day-to-day legal aspects of their organizations, commercial contracts, and general corporate governance matters.
Jennifer works with clients in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, technology, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and retail, and financial services. She also counsels private equity firms in their investments and investment banking firms in their capacity as financial advisors. Jennifer has worked on substantial matters for Procter & Gamble, ABM Industries, PotashCorp, ACI Worldwide, and EagleTree Capital. In addition, she has counseled clients on complex supply, distribution, and other arrangements in connection with numerous M&A transactions.
Prior to entering law school, Jennifer was an assurance professional at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
