Jim Cavanagh's practice consists of advising private companies, investment funds, and banking institutions on various transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and strategic investments.
Jim maintains an active pro bono practice and serves as the primary representative for individuals in immigration proceedings. He also directs a Jones Day mock trial program for disadvantaged middle school students.
