Ingrid Costello is a commercial lawyer whose practice focuses on corporate advisory, M&A, equity capital markets, corporate refinancing and structuring, and general contracting and compliance matters. Ingrid provides clients with straightforward advice, and practical commercial solutions, to all legal challenges.

Ingrid has worked with national and international corporate clients, professional advisors, SMEs, and start-ups across diverse industries, including agribusiness, mining and resources, medical services, tech start-ups, and hospitality. Her experience covers local, national, and cross-border transactions (private and public). She provides corporate governance and regulatory compliance advice, including liaising with government regulators; advising on business succession planning for ownership changes and strategic, long-term growth; and general commercial contracting matters for day-to-day business operations.

In 2017, Ingrid was appointed company secretary to Circa Contemporary Circus, a not-for-profit arts company headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland.
